What you tell us. A callback or message request gives us your name, phone number, the area you want to search, your preferences, any email address you add and whatever you write. Please do not enter passwords, Social Security numbers or bank or card details.

What our systems record. We log your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and when. When you arrive from an ad we may see which campaign brought you. Advertising and analytics tools can collect similar technical data through cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

• Return your call or answer your message, and do the search work you ask for.
• Operate and protect the site and keep spam out.
• Measure and improve our advertising.
• Comply with the law.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your request for unrelated marketing.

When you ask for a callback and tick the consent box, you agree that we may call or text the number you provided about your request, including with automated technology. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP or tell us on a call and we stop.

We never share phone numbers with others for their own marketing.

Vendors that help us run the business (hosting, email delivery, analytics and ad measurement) see only what they need. If you ask us to introduce you to a licensed agent or lender, we send what you ask us to send. We may disclose information if the law requires or to protect people or rights.

Requests and messages are kept while we are helping you and a reasonable time after, normally no more than 24 months unless the law says longer. You can ask us to delete them earlier.

Depending on where you live (for example New Jersey, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states) you may be able to ask what personal information we hold, have it corrected or deleted, and opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. Email [email protected] to make a request. We may need to confirm your identity, and you may appeal our decision by replying to our answer. We do not treat people differently for using these rights.

We use reasonable safeguards, though no system is completely secure. The site is for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
