What is included
- Searching. Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com and Redfin, broker sites fed by the local MLS, and public county records.
- Checking. Time on the market, price history, fees, HOA and tax figures, and red flags such as few photos or a request for money before a showing.
- Narrowing. A short list with notes and questions for the listing contact or landlord.
- Handing off. When you want to view, offer or apply, we point you to licensed professionals you choose.
What to expect
- A phone call about where, when, what you need and a rough price range.
- The service and any fee explained in writing before we begin.
- A short list with our notes rather than a stack of links.
What we leave to others
We assist with searching and are not a licensed real estate brokerage. We do not list property, negotiate or act for you in a deal, take rent or deposits, arrange mortgages, or give real estate, legal, tax or financial advice. We cannot promise that you will find, qualify for or obtain any particular property.
Equal housing
We search by what you ask for: price, size, place and layout. We do not filter, steer or describe homes or neighborhoods by race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin or any other protected characteristic.
