Common questions
What exactly do you do?
We go through large portals, MLS-fed broker sites and county records for homes or rentals that fit your brief, check the details and send you a short list with notes.
Is there a charge?
Sending a request is free and you owe nothing. If we offer a paid service, the fee is explained in writing before we begin, and we start only if you agree.
Are you a brokerage or real estate agents?
We assist with searching and are not a licensed real estate brokerage. We do not list, sell or rent property or negotiate for you. For offers, applications and contracts, use a licensed professional you choose.
Are you REALTORS®?
No, and we do not use that word for ourselves. REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark for members of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Do you work with Realtor.com, Zillow, Homes.com or Redfin?
No. We are independent and none of them has authorized or endorsed us. We cannot change their listings or accounts. See the comparison, which is not an impartial review.
What happens after I submit the form?
We phone the number you gave to talk about what you need. If you ticked the consent box we may also text you, and you can tell us to stop whenever you like.
Will you pass my details to agents?
Only if you ask us to. See the Privacy Policy.
Which site is best?
It depends on where you look, your budget and your goal, and many people use several. We do not rank them.
Do you follow fair housing rules?
Yes. We search by the features you ask for and never filter, steer or describe homes or neighborhoods by protected characteristics.
